And he helps them thrive, both professionally and personally. Now, Mark is at the helm of the company, and he strives every day to educate, motivate and inspire greatness in his team. Peter Thelen: Controller

Peter oversees Landmark’s day-to-day finances and administrative operations. It’s a multi-tasking job which includes managing the bookkeeping, payroll, compliance issues and more. He appreciates that Landmark is and has always been run like “a tight ship” and he and the rest of the staff are all accountable to the bottom line. That said, he admires the common belief among everyone, that customers come first and are always appreciated, regardless of cost. According to Peter, another great thing about Landmark is the fact that management truly cares. They go out of their way to provide safe working conditions in the field and a supportive, encouraging atmosphere in the home office.
